dc.description.abstract | Resumen:
dc.description.abstract | Abstract:
From the techniques of assisted
human reproduction it has been
possible to split the process of
fertilization and embryonic
development, naturally intracorporeal,
resulting now extracorporeal. This
phenomenon gives rise to embryos
that are surplus to those used for
reproductive purposes and the
consequent bioethical problems
regarding their destiny, such as their
discarding, cryopreservation for future
reproductive attempts, use for stem
cells, donation or use for research,
among the main ones. Even the
possibility of andropathic cloning with
the problem of whether the nucleus
produced is an artificial zygote. In this
work all these cases and variants will
be analyzed, their prescriptive,
permissive and proscriptive aspects, in
the light of the Jewish cultural
heritage through its laws, statutes and
decrees which focused on this area of
concern conforms a Jewish bioethics
with a biblical and Talmudic base plus
its evolution until the most recent
answers that dictate in these respects.
Thus, Judaism contributes with its
particularity making possible to know
methodologically and systematically
its differential conceptions, essential
as every constituent of this society
to establish criteria and public
policies in health in a more
dialogical, intercultural and fair
way. | |
