This article aims to present some of the most relevant principles in Rawls theory and its critics, in order to bring a neocontractualist response to the problem of social exclusion in Argentina and Latin America. We work with the central ideas in Theory of the Justice and Political Liberalism. We consider the major critics to Rawls theories from some sectors of the liberalism itself, the comunitarism and, finally, from the republicanism. In that way, can determine the value of the different proposals, reveal if they complement each other, and reach a “common significance” of the justice theories
