Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento para la cadena de suministro de la empresa Drolitoral S. A. aplicando el Modelo SCOR

Abstract

This article presents the results of the research Project chareacteriztion, analysis and design of a plan of improvement for the supply chain and distribution of godos of the company DROLITORAL S. A., across the application of the Supply Chain Operations Reference model in which initially was made a detailed descripction of the processes executed in the Logistic Administration of the Company, base don the structure of Standard Process Map proposed by SCOR Model.
