Estudio de características cristalográficas, morfológicas, composicionales y eléctricas de varistores comerciales

Abstract

A comparative market existing products study is presented to define criteria with regard of which samples obtained by varistor research can be compared or to define quality control standards for consumers. Crystallographic and morphologic characteristics of varistors with different break voltages were studied, presumably with standard composition of zinc oxide, through DRX and SEM; the quantitative chemical and electric characterization analyses were realized to obtain the characteristic curve I-V.
