Factibilidad del proyecto de explotación aurífera en el distrito El Bagre

Abstract

Aligned to the corporate vision of reaching in the year 2020 a production of 500,000 ounces of gold, Mineros S.A. decided to intensify its exploration investments in Colombia and Latin America, in order to set new operations The El Bagre District gold exploitation project constitutes today the first feasible mining district for Mineros S.A. It arises with exploration works carried out in the municipality of Zaragoza that permitted to determine an initial potential of approximately 600.000 ounces of gold. In the execution phase of the project, the development and preparation of the mines will be carried out, as well as the infrastructure and benefit plant constructions, with modern technology, that will process initially 500 tons per day, with a projection of 1.000 ton/day; and expecting with it to maintain an initial annual production of 35.000 ounces and a maximum of 75.000 ounces. Based on these projections, we expect for the project a VPN of COP 122.733´712.068 a TIR of 46% and a period of recovery of the investment of 5 years
