Mejoramiento de vivienda e interventoría de obras civiles

Abstract

El trabajo que se realizó con Obras Públicas fue la interventoría en la reconstrucción de un andén en el barrio Corazón de Jesús. Estuvimos presentes desde el momento en que se realizaron las actas de vecindad y se firmó el acta de iniciación. Luego, se siguieron realizando visitas para conocer y vigilar la calidad de la obra. Nuestro trabajo en CORVIDE consistió en la participación en el plan de mejoramiento de vivienda de barrios subnormales en la zona centro oriental de la ciudad de Medellín, específicamente en los barrios La Sierra, Villa Turbay, Villa Lilliam y Las Estancias. Para el logro de los objetivos, se visitaron las viviendas de las familias inscritas en dicho programa, con el fin de conocer, las condiciones bajo las que se encontraban y así, estudiar el tipode. Luego de esta primera etapa, se elegían las posibles familias, a las cuales se les realizaría el mejoramiento, teniendo prioridad aquellas con mayores necesidades y que además, cumplieran con ciertos requisitos exigidos por la entidad. Después se realizaba la calificación de los aspirantes al subsidio y de allí, resultaron favorecidas setenta y cuatro familias para el mejoramiento de vivienda, este número dependió del presupuesto con el que contaba Corvide para la realización del programa. El subsidio para cada vivienda corresponde a tres millones quinientos mil pesos aproximadamente. Durante todo el tiempo que permanecimos en Corvide y mientras se ejecutaba el programa, se colaboró con la actualización de la base de datos de la zona COk de Medellín.

ABSTRACT: The job that was carried out with Obras Públicas de Medellín was the interventoría ¡n the reconstruction of a footwalk ¡n the neighborhood Corazón de Jesús. We were presents since the moment in which the minutes of neighborhood were carried out and the minutes of initiation was signed. Then, we were followed carrying out visits to know and to watch the quality of the work. Our job in CORVIDE consisted of the participation in the project of amelioration of dwelling of subnormals neighborhoods in the center oriental zone of the city of Medellín, specifically in the neighborhoods La Sierra, Villa Turbay, Villa Lilliam and Las Estancias. For the achievement of the objectives, the dwellings of the families which recorded for said program were visited, in order to knowing the conditions of the dwellings and thus, to study the type of improvement required. After this first phase, we selected the possible families which would carried out them the amelioration, having priority those with greater needs and that besides to comply with certa;n requirements required by the institution. Later the qualification was carried out to the candidates for the subsidy and of there resulted favored seventy four families for the amelioration of dwelling, this number depended on the budget with the one that counted Corvide for the execution of the program. The subsidy for each dwelling corresponds to three million five hundred thousand pesos approximately. During ah the time that we were in Corvide and whihe the program was executed, we collaborated with the updating of the base of data of the zone COR of Medellín.
