La Ingeniería de Métodos y Tiempos como herramienta en la Cadena de Suministro

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the application of methods and time engineering in the supply chain, especially in logistics. For this, it was realized a literature review of the concepts of Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, in addition to the methods and time engineering, their applications and techniques. Under this context, it was possible to expose how the methods and time engineering can be implemented in a Supply Chain Management to improve its management, especially in the logistics processes, identifying it as a processes defining and standardizing factor, as a control and improvement factor and overall as a strategic factor in achieving productivity.
