Estudio de vulnerabilidad sísmica para una vivienda del barrio El Cristo en el municipio de Envigado (Carrera 24 D # 40 sur - 140 Interior 112)

Abstract

El obetivo de este trabajo es presentar las reformas necesarias para el mejoramiento estructural de una de las viviendas del barrio el Cristo en el municipio de Envigado con dirección carrera 24 D # 40 sur - 140 interior 112, haciéndola menos vulnerable y por lo tanto más segura, ante la presencia de un sismo, logrando así proteger la vida y el patrimonio de las personas más necesitadas. En el presente trabajo se realiza el análisis de vulnerabilidad sísmica de la edificación, pues éste es uno de los requisitos por parte de planeación de Envigado para realizar la legalización de dicho predio. El análisis de vulnerabilidad sísmica en estas viviendas es de suma importancia, no solo para su legalización, si no también para colaborar como ingenieros civiles en la seguridad de sus habitantes, pues como son viviendas de personas de escasos recursos, por lo general éstas no están bien diseñadas ni bien construidas para soportar un sismo. lo cual constituye un riesgo constante para la vida de las personas que allí habitan. Finalmente se espera que todo lo aquí propuesto sea acatado por las familias y se lleve a cabo, ya que todo va enfocado en su propio beneficio.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this work is to present the necessary reforms needed for the structural improvement of one of the houses in "El Cristo" neighborhood, Envigado city with address carrera 24 D # 40 sur - 140 interior 112 making it less vulnerable and therefore safer to a seismic event, managing this way to protect the life and the patrimony of the neediest persons. The present work paper will present a seismic vulnerability analysis of the estructure; this is done because it's one of the requirements posted by Envigado's city planning in order to legalize a real state property The seismic vulnerability analysis in this house is of sum importance, not only in order to legalize it, but also to help as civil engineers in the security of its habitants, since this is a low-end neighborhood, there is not a great effort in their design or construction, and no consideration when it comes to seisms, creating a great and coristant risk to the life of the people living in the premises. Finaily it's expected that everything proposed here will be respected and carried out by the families, since ah of this work is made in their benefit.
