Estudio de viabilidad para el mejoramiento de las vías en la zona urbana del Municipio de Concordia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo surge como respuesta a una necesidad manifestada por el departamento de planeación del municipio de Concordia de realizar un estudio para el mejoramiento de las vías de la red vial urbana del Municipio y presentar una propuesta de señalización vial con su respectivo análisis de precios unitarios para poder evaluar la factibilidad de la implementación de las recomendaciones expuestas y de esta forma solucionar los problemas viales que actualmente se presentan en el municipio de Concordia. En este estudio, se presenta un análisis de las fallas presentadas en los pavimentos de algunas vías partiendo de un diagnóstico inicial empleando el sistema de inspección visual de la vía en estudio, recorriendo cada una de las vías del Municipio con el fin de obtener la información necesaria que permita presentar las propuestas de mantenimiento dependiendo el tipo de falla y las características de cada vía. Con la finalidad de ilustrar las deficiencias y deterioros de las calles del Municipio, se tomaron fotografías de las fallas representativas observadas en las vías urbanas del Municipio Para poder llevar a cabo una adecuada reestructuración y mantenimiento oportuno de las vías del sistema vial del municipio de Concordia, se describe en primer lugar el marco conceptual dentro del cual se definen los diversos parámetros que hacen parte en el diseño, construcción y mejoramiento de los pavimentos; luego se presenta el estado actual de las vías del Municipio para posteriormente realizar la identificación y clasificación de las fallas típicas observadas en las vías en estudio. Así mismo se describen las manifestaciones de las fallas, sus causas y su nivel de severidad y se exponen los diferentes tratamientos que deben realizarse para la recuperación de las condicione de transitabilidad de la red vial urbana del municipio de Concordia. Finalmente, se presenta la propuesta de señalización vial para el municipio de Concordia y se hace el análisis de precios unitarios de las propuestas para la rehabilitación de las vías y para la señalización vial con el fin de evaluar la factibilidad de implementar las recomendaciones expuestas en el presente trabajo. El procedimiento seguido en este trabajo, parte de la identificación del tipo de pavimento donde se presenta la falla, luego se analiza y clasifica la falla según sus características propias, describiendo sus manifestaciones y/o efectos sobre los pavimentos, indicando las causas del deterioro con la finalidad de determinar los tratamientos adecuados que deberán adoptarse y aplicarse a las vías para la recuperación de la transitabilidad vial del conjunto de vías del área urbana del municipio de Concordia.

ABSTRACT: The present work is borned as a replay to the town of Concordia planning department, to study the improvement of the urban street network and to present them a new signalisation form with the respective analysis of the unitary value to know the possibility and feasibility way of the correction of the street problems of Concordia. In this study, an analysis of the failures presented in the pavement of certain roads is presented. An initial diagnosis was made using visual inspection of the roads in study, traveling through each one of the roads of the Municipality in arder of obtaining the necessary information to elaborate the proposals of maintenance depending on the type of damage and the characteristics of each road. With the purpose of illustrating the deficiencies and deterioration of the streets of the Municipality, representativo photographs of the failures observed in the urban roads of the Municipality were taken. In arder to be able to carry out a suitable reconstruction and opportune maintenance of the road system of the municipality of Concordia, the conceptual frame is described in the first place in witch diverse parameters that take part in the design construction and improvement of the pavements are defined; then the present state of the roads of the Municipality is shown so an ¡dentification and classification of the observed typical faults of the roads in study is made. Also the manifestations of the faults are described, their causes and their leve¡ of severity and the different treatments that must be used for the recovery of safe transit conditions of the urban road network of the municipality of Concordia. Finally, the proposal for the signposting of the municipality of Concordia ¡s presented, and an analysis of the unitar -y prices of the proposals for the rehabilitation of the roads and the signposting is made with the aim of evaluating the feasibility to implement the recomendations presented in this work. The procedure followed in this work begins with the identification of the type of pavement where the fail is presented, then the fail is analyzed and classified according to its own characteristics, describing its manifestation or effects on the pavement, indicating the causes of the deterioration with the aim of determinating the treatment that should be adopted and applied to the roads for the recuperation of the transitability of the set of roads of the urban area of the municipality of Concordia.
