Abstract

The job performance has depended throughout the history of discourses framed in an economic power, that today seem irrelevant and arbitrary. However the mechanisms that rely on language to work effectiveness, follow dominant and alienating ideas, that end up making paradigms modelers as regulatory activity of social life. Similarly, the work should also be considered from an angle collaborative, positive and empowering.
