In recent times, the structural engineering has seen the necessity of venture actively in the study of inelastic behavior of structures, this occurs because any conventional structure, that is analyzed and designed under the actual design and construction codes, will behave in an inelastic fashion, when analyzing the displacements generated by the seismic movements of the ground. The study of the inelasticity in structures is generally done by nonlinear mathematic models, in which the plasticity of all the structure will be concentrated in specific joints (plastic hinges), that will be determined according to the concrete-reinforcement configuration that they possess. The computer tool Momento_Curvatura V1.0 emerged as the solution of having difficulties in finding tools that were able to conceptualize and develop Moment-Curvature relationship curves, those that represent the behavior of plastic hinges during an inelastic behavior.
