Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende realizar una descripción analítica de la organización Gmovil S.A.S, con el objetivo de conocer la estructura organizacional y analizar la gestión de cambio de cultura que ha tenido la compañía a través de los años, para así realizar una propuesta de valor que pueda llevar a la organización a mejorar sus condiciones actuales. La propuesta será denominada GACO y estará enfocada en alinear la estrategia organizacional de la empresa, se espera que la implementación de esta estrategia consolide una institución saludable que se refleje en sus resultados operacionales y administrativos.

This paper aims to carry out an analytical description of the Gmovil SAS organization, to know the organizational structure and analyze the culture change management that the company has had over the years, to make a value proposition that can carry out the organization to improve its current conditions. The proposal will be called GACO and will be focused on aligning the organizational strategy of the company, it is expected that the implementation of this strategy will consolidate a healthy institution that is reflected in its operational and administrative results.
