La importancia de los protocolos de familia para garantizar la continuidad de las pymes en Colombia

Para las empresas colombianas no es importante crear deberes jurídicos concretos entre los familiares y los terceros que puedan llegar a la empresa como los cónyuges, primos, sobrinos y tíos entre otros, sólo el 10% de las pymes logra llegar a una tercera generación, por esta razón los protocolos de familia permite generar claridad en la sucesión, políticas familiares de cargos en la empresa, salarios, dividendos, proceso interfamiliar, y flexibilidad para poner directivos que tengan o no grados de consanguinidad. Con el fin de garantizar la perdurabilidad de las mismas y la permanencia de la unidad familiar. El no tener un plan de sucesión definido o implementar un protocolo de familia representa un elevado riesgo para la empresa por que puede llegar a causar la liquidación total.
