Resumen
La extracción de un objeto peligroso en una cirugía (p.e una granada) en donde el objeto se encuentra incrustado en el interior del cuerpo y este se aloja en una región muscular, mediante el prototipo de gripper propuesto en este trabajo presenta una solución alternativa y novedosa a esta problemática ya que son varios los casos que se han presentado en el Hospital Militar, al rededor de 8 casos han sido reportados. Para el desarrollo del prototipo se aplican muchos conocimientos de ingeniería Mecatrónica en las áreas de diseño, mecánica, electrónica y actuadores lo que demuestra que el trabajo debe ser multidisciplijnario y esta acorde con la de inicio de mecatrónica en donde dice que el esta área del conocimiento busca la cinergía de diferentes disciplinas. Durante el desarrollo del proyecto se ve la importancia de utilizar herramientas computacionales para realizar simulaciones, pruebas y la posterior validación para comprobar la funcionalidad de lo que se está desarrollando, esto permite ahorrar en tiempo y dinero, mejorando así todo el proceso de diseño. La implementación un prototipo de gripper para procedimientos quirúrgicos que utiliza además un manipulador industrial (Mitsubishi RV-E2), es un aporte en el uso de estos brazos robóticos en la medicina haciendo tareas que normalmente se hacen de forma manual y requieren de una gran precisión. La Ingeniería Mecatrónica es aplicable a cualquier parte de la industria de forma efectiva, siempre y cuando se utilicen los conocimientos de forma ordenada, coherente y mejorada.
