La función de la jurisdicción especial para la paz en la región del Urabá, en Colombia JEP

Más de 50 años de conflicto armado han enmarcado la vida de inocentes presentes en el territorio colombiano, disputa por control del territorio, intereses políticos entre grupos: paramilitares, las FARC-EP y Fuerzas Militares, violación de los Derechos Humanos, desplazamiento forzado, masacres, apropiación de tierras, afectaciones directas a población más vulnerable, niñas, niños, mujeres, grupos étnicos, la región del Urabá es radiografía de esta realidad. El reconocimiento del conflicto armado por parte del Gobierno y las FARC-EP firman un precedente de vital importancia en la historia de Colombia, a partir del 2012 que se establecen las mesas de diálogos en Cuba con la finalidad de llegar a un acuerdo de Paz. El 11 de noviembre de 2016 se firma el Acuerdo Final con todas las pautas y garantías de la paz, cuyo centro es “la víctima” y entorno a ella se fijan los tratamientos especiales de reconciliación social con el objetivo de resarcir el dolor, de reparar a las víctimas, de generar garantías para quienes decidan firmar el acuerdo y colaborar con la revelación de la verdad absoluta, de reparación a las víctimas.
Producto del acuerdo se tratan seis temas importantes: Reforma Rural Integral, Participación Política, Cese al fuego y hostilidades bilateral y definitivo y la dejación de las armas, solución al problema de las drogas ilícitas, victimas, mecanismos de implementación y verificación; entorno al Acuerdo y su implementación se detalla la función de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz como ente de justicia y la intervención de la sala de Reconocimiento Verdad y Responsabilidad en la Región del Urabá y los conceptos tenidos en cuenta para darle prioridad.
