Abstract

The article presents an analysis on the basic concepts, the Colombian norm and the Latin regulations that are known for the hiring modality by selection abbreviated through the Colombian Mercantile Exchange with public entities and private, the process is studied as it is advanced from a legal perspective according to the national guidelines foreseen for its development, taking into account the normative Colombian. The last one indicates the contractual guarantees that must be obligated to acquire the commissioners who go forward processes with the BMC with the knowledge of having as a consideration that a breach of contract gives rise to the application of a due process in administrative matter or a contractual sanctioning process.
