Resumen
In the municipality of San Marcos, department of Sucre, more precisely in the Maria Inmaculada Educational Institution, we find a group of students from the Preschool cycle, specifically, the Transition E grade, made up of a total of 30 boys and girls, between the ages of three (3) and six (6), distributed as follows: 18 girls and 12 boys; in this group, following diagnostic work, the presence of a social educational problem called drop-out or abandonment of schooling has been identified, consisting of sporadic or total non-attendance at the educational institution. This research aims to identify the causes of these phenomena and to implement teaching strategies that will make a significant contribution to reducing this problem. Therefore, in order to carry out this research, several methods or techniques were used, such as observation, questionnaire and interview, which allowed for the previous collection of information to identify the problem, to identify possible causes, to establish a relationship with the agents involved (parents, teachers and students) and then to be a guideline for the design of recreational and didactic strategies based on motivation that seek to minimize the impact of the proposed theme.
