Mekato is a gastronomic entrepreneurship that will be recognized by customers as a proposal of Colombian food presented in an innovative and creative way, which will highlight the flavors and seasons of our land from a gourmet perspective, combining 100% organic and high quality foods, prioritizing fair marketing channels with small producers. It seeks to create a gastronomic experience that mixes the palate and social sense.
The name of the business was thought of as something symbolic, unique and different from the other restaurants, so much so that it was taken from the daily life of Colombian land: the Mekato has always been any part-time bite and is very popular in Colombia in people of all ages and all strata.
Mekato is a restaurant that highlights typical Colombian food of a healthy and high quality type, that generates a unique experience in customers, through a creative and sustainable concept with social sense. 1
This proposal brings to the customers' ear an irresistible craving for a Creole pin. Mekato has been designed for all types of audiences, all those who have a gastronomic experience focused on Colombian Creole flavors.
