This research work has scope of application for the Airport - El Dorado in which the methodology for conducting a Road Safety Audit (ASV) is investigated in the accesses and interchanges on 26th Street Avenue between Carrera 86 Avenue and Carrera Avenue 103 in the town of Fontibón - Bogotá D.C.

The Mobility Master Plan (PMM) corresponding to the short, medium and long term execution periods, which ran from 2006 to 2020, reaching its last period as of the current "Bogota Best for All" Development Plan - BMT 2016-2020 "will be the frame of reference for the definition of the Public Policies of Safe Mobility of the city, in order to reduce by 25% the deaths caused by road accidents and reduce the severity of these.
The PMM makes a diagnosis of the state of road safety in Bogotá D.C. and designs five intervention areas, through which it seeks to strengthen the actions and measures for the comprehensive intervention of the users of the roads, vehicles and road infrastructure.
The objectives of the ASV are to ensure that all roads operate under the highest safety conditions, minimize risk situations and reduce future costs.
