Resumen
The mechanical engineering student faces various challenges that contribute to his growth and performance as a professional in different areas related to his discipline. One of the main drawbacks that a newly graduated mechanical engineer faces is the shortage of employment and the little experience he has in certain areas of engineering. For this reason, the project seeks to propose a solution that meets this need. It was decided to analyze the feasibility of creating a company to replace a problem that affects the community, to reduce the unemployment rate in the municipality of Samacá and in turn support the growth and development of the municipality.
The creation of this company is important since it agrees with the knowledge acquired throughout the years of professional preparation in the mechanical engineering area, as preparation of the student for the future and successful working life that he will carry throughout his life.
The study of the company adapts to the needs that exist in the municipality of Samacá since there is no company dedicated to the automotive diagnostic service. Starting from there, we want to supply this service that allows the community to own vehicles, so that they do not have to move to other cities, since this affects aspects such as economic expenses and loss of time. To offer this service, qualified personnel are required. and trained to ensure proper use and diagnosis of vehicles belonging to customers.
Considering that the Santo Tomas University focuses on the comprehensive training of students, there will be compliance in aspects that attract the gaze and interest towards mechanical engineering, with innovative ideas that generate growth, that respond creatively, ethically and highly quality in the area of Vehicular diagnosis, which meets the needs of the academic and social community.
Therefore, in this project, market, technical, financial, administrative and legal studies were carried out to determine the feasibility and viability of the project.
