In this project we can see how a Colombian company wants to venture into the field of aesthetic medicine, publicize the aspects it faces, taking into account the competition that has been in the market for more than 10 years and has a fairly broad position in At the national level, this improvement plan will reveal the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats presented by the Globaltee company, taking into account these aspects, providing an improvement proposal for the company in order to optimize resources and have a focus more specialized in the area of medicine which helped to have potential clients and there was an increase in sales since the company bet on focusing on the area of aesthetic medicine and in this way have a great knowledge in the market of the medicine and being a fairly competitive company at the national level, in addition to this by focusing on a single area of medicine, unnecessary expenses were cut and they began to invest more intelligently and satisfactorily in events that left a fairly high return on investment since the company began to make itself known to potential clients who, in the short, medium and long term, became loyal clients who preferred the equipment.
Globaltee is a new company in the aesthetic medicine market, it has quite strong direct and indirect competition and even so it has managed to position itself very well in the market, demonstrating that they have state-of-the-art technology that satisfies the needs of their clients and in addition to to satisfy the needs of the patient of the potential client who would be the specialist doctors.
