La relevancia del control fiscal visto desde los programas de vivienda en los estados sociales de derecho

Abstract

Today's society is at a breaking point where what is sought through different public policies respond to a social interest but in the search for it can be obtained as a result of a double effect of the same, because although it has a human dye, behind it to date have been found a series of abuses by people who wield power distorting and disfiguring the nature of the figures.

For its part, the Comptroller General of the Republic, in accordance with the constitutional mandate, carries out a subsequent control of a fiscal nature to the materialization of said works without the sanctions obtained being able to compensate not only the patrimonial damage to the State but also the moral affectation and loss of confidence in the institutions on the part of the community in general and especially of the affected families.
