Resumen
The soil, listed as a silent and inconspicuous resource, has not been the exception in the environmental panorama of the department. However, in the absence of detailed information on the potentialities, limitations and real use of its land, it has not been possible to take substantive measures to mitigate the problem.
For this reason, at the end of 2013, the (CAR) as Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca and the (IGAC) Agustín Codazzi Geographical Institute, through an inter-administrative agreement to carry out the "Detailed Survey of Soils in the Flat Areas of the Municipalities of Cogua, El Rosal, Nemocón, Subachoque, Suesca, Zipacón and Zipaquirá". (IGAC, 2013)
This being a tool for the generation of the proposal of Management and Management of the Hydrographic Basins (POMCA) of the department, a roadmap for the sustainability of the territory; which provides the information required to carry out information necessary for the progress of the community, and its implementation contributes to knowledge and awareness about the use and management of soils, the conservation of the most representative landscapes and in general with the protection of natural resources.
Water resources create conflicts over the environment of human beings. In this way, the management processes around the collection points are advanced, in order to obtain sustainable development and mitigate conflicts present in their environment. Our society is no stranger to this reality and the country's environmental issue is increasingly worrying. The deterioration and negative impacts of natural resources are clear symptoms of how the environmental supply has decreased. The decrease in water resources, indiscriminate logging, the loss of agricultural soils, the mismanagement of water sources and the deterioration of the air resource, are examples of the situation that affects our present and future as a country.
