Abstract

The objective of the present is to provide support in the technical development of the corresponding activities in the direction of civil works and valuation of environmental cost studies in the Comptroller General of Boyacá. In which, for the development of this project, part of knowing the corresponding activities and topics according to the profile of the Environmental Engineer, as has been the IRCA reports along with their improvement plans, by collecting the information provided by the Secretariat of Health, propose the analysis criteria for the data together with the commitment supports, so that the control and monitoring is carried out to ensure that what is promised is being fulfilled according to the compliance request. It was found that corresponding immediate actions are needed for the municipalities of Caldas and Sutamarchan, since their rural and urban aqueducts present an unfeasible average sanitary risk, since the procedures are not compatible with what was requested and required to improve the quality of water. For the reports of the audits of environmental investment files, the contractors are requested to send the contract supports on time to carry out the analysis of what was budgeted with what was executed, so that none of the municipalities evaluated sent all the supporting documents. contracts. For the contribution to the design of the annual report on the state of natural resources, the air quality of the municipality of Boyacá was evaluated, through the monitoring of each criteria pollutant, in such a way that, through the 8 stations, the municipality of Boyacá has results of criteria pollutants that do not exceed the maximum allowable, so that the capital of Boyacá breathes good quality air, finally it was developed through video dynamics for the month of August related to the international noise day. and for October its environmental dates.
