Resumen
This article consists of a bibliographic review of management systems and the fight against corruption in the Colombian public sector through which entities seek to improve their management by making it more transparent in the eyes of control entities, citizens, NGOs and international organizations dedicated to promoting the fight against corruption, to guarantee transparent public management, preventing corruption and bribery, and on the other hand, promoting self-regulation of the private sector in accordance with current constitutional and legal norms, for which A documentary review was carried out in order to observe the degree of evolution of the anti-corruption management systems from the promulgation of the Political Constitution of Colombia to the policy of transparency, participation and service to the citizen of the Integrated Planning and Management Model.
