Resumen
The objective of the work is to detail the improvement plan proposed for the
Business Intelligence area of the company Herbalife Nutrition, this idea arises throughout the
development of professional practice, due to the lack of knowledge on the part of the
workers of their internal metrics, metrics about their contribution, daily work, among
others; The improvement proposal consists of implementing the KPIs or key performance indicators, which suppose having an approach to the different activities carried out in
the working day, to evaluate internal key points corresponding to the BI area.
