Resumen
The study aims to interpret the life story of teacher Blanca Martinez regarding her learning and teaching experiences around rural education and EFL. The theoretical support of the project begins with the frame of narrative inquiry and relation with the language teaching and learning according to the main authors Barkhuizen, Benson, and Chik. The research design emphasizes on the collection of data through recordings gather information related to the main live episodes and also photographies that mirror of the process of teaching and learning process and rural context and rural education including EFL. The process of data analysis of the study gives to account to portray teacher Blanca Martínez focusing on her main life episodes and also the date analysis into establishes how she mirror through her voice teaching and learning processes and EFL from a rural context. To respond to the question and based on the study results, teacher Blanca positions as a teacher in the rurality who is a supporter, guide, the community’s leader, girls mirror and a reference for the families of the area.
