For the Marketing Laboratory of the EAFIT University, there were different registers of the use of its different spaces, but not with a database that allowed to unify the precise data on the demand of the different spaces, or information about the users that Allow to segment properly. The project of the university practice was focused on creating an initial database that later served for the processes of the Laboratory and will migrate to a more complete base when such resources are available
