Resumen
Trafficking in persons against the migratory policy and attention to victims in Colombia, as a factor affecting the principle of human dignity, it is not a simple issue to analyze, because from the legal point of view, there are many assessments and derivations
that can come to identify themselves but where human rights are what most present violation, given the inability to recognize by the authorities, the networks traffickers operating inside and outside the country.
Pursuant to article 188a of the Colombian Penal Code, human trafficking is defined as: “the recruitment, transfer, harboring or receiving of a person, within the national territory or abroad, with exploitation fines”, a situation of great complexity that compromises the rights of women, children and adolescents who, due to their same situation of vulnerability, it sets itself up as an easy target for networks, subjecting them to carry out forced and denigrating labor at the rate of a derisory payment for services
offered.
