Resumen
The objective of this research work is to identify opportunities for improvement in the Sisma Mujer Corporation, through the implementation of a methodology for the integration and evaluation of quality management systems, compliance, safety and health at work.
This is a qualitative research, distributed in four (4) phases, validated by experts in quality management and organizational strengthening issues.
The four phases to which we refer are distributed as follows: 1) A diagnostic phase of the Organization, in which it was reviewed that the organization met and implemented the necessary requirements contained in the NTC-ISO 9001 systems: 2015 quality, GTC-ISO 19600: 2018 compliance and NTC-ISO 45001: 2018 safety and health at work; 2) A consultation phase, in which fifteen (15) base articles were reviewed, in order to develop an integration methodology for third sector organizations, 3) A validation phase with experts; and 4) A validation phase of the content of the analysis with the organization. These four phases made it possible to reach a scope higher than that initially proposed, since they were not only identified, but also generated opportunities for improvement for the organization and, in addition, proposing the possible application of this methodology in other sectors other than the third sector.
