Resumen
This research consists of the determination of marketing strategies for the promotion and commercialization of the assembly houses for pets in the city of Tunja, produced by the company Pinares it studies the target market and the strategic marketing process used by Pinares to the commercialization of the houses, likewise analyzes the competition of the pet sector to determine the reasons why the marketing strategies used by the company did not generate the results they expected. Based on this, the conclusions propose a series of marketing strategies generated by the elaboration of a DOFA and CAME, a balanced scorecard, the analysis of a Porter diamond, and the study of launch and positioning strategies for a new product, and e-commerce strategies, in order to help Pinares with the commercialization and distribution of the assembly houses for pets in immunized wood, so that this is a profitable asset for the company considering that it is a product that has a place in a sector that is growing both nationally and internationally.
