This work is related to the best result of the business practices carried out in the entity of the Superintendence of Family Subsidy, which consisted in providing support services in the work of the Advisory Office of Planning related to the survey to measure the satisfaction of users of the entity, which through a digital platform was approved and published on the website of the Supersubsidio to facilitate the participation of all its users. Consequently, new social networks were generated through an application called Supersubsidio Social Club where contacts with people are generated and a plan is identified where each of the internal users recognize the DNA of the OAP, a project for communication plans using the Teams platform with topics related to teamwork and leadership, where stakeholders meet weekly and finally a CARIS format was designed, using Excel as a digital tool, establishing the dynamic tables that are a tool to analyze data from a considerable number of columns, obtaining a simpler analysis and better performance in the area of the OAP and an accompaniment was made in a project of the entity, through meetings by Microsoft Teams, minutes, attendance lists and flowcharts of the areas, in order to generate an added value during the period between February 24, 2021 and August 23, 2021.
