Resumen
This research shows the impact assessment of the INTI - CLURED project in 13 units of study of the manufacturing sector of the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga in which the Chamber of Commerce applied management technologies such as 5S, Seven Losses, Process Standardization, Inventory Management and Production Planning and Control. The purpose is to know the degree of incidence of these tools to increase productivity and competitiveness in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), belonging to the clusters of the department of Santander. Therefore, based on the indicators used and with the help of study matrices, the results of the intervention were analyzed and it was deduced that the measurement was correct in terms of impact. However, to complement the process in the medium and long term, new indicators were defined to facilitate performance measurement and through these the impact of the technologies was evaluated, determining their high degree of adaptation to the needs of MSMEs, improving their competitiveness and productivity.
