Resumen
The present research work, It is aimed at addressing the study of the criteria for comprehensive reparation that are used by the Administrative Court of Santander, during the period from 2006 to 2018, in the resolution of collective reparation processes, since at the national level it has been possible to observe how fully the highest body of contentious jurisdiction , that is to say the State Council, in a thorough manner exercising control of conventionality at the time of resolving issues related to collective damages, It has been declaring informally measures that are framed within the international principle of integral reparation, in favor of the people who make up the plaintiff group, criteria that are containing through resolution No. 60/147 of December 16, 2005, approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations.
The above with the need to exhibit a legal approach, of conducting a Diffuse Conventionality Control exercise, carried out by legal operators within the Jurisdiction of Administrative Litigation at sectional level, specifically in the Department of Santander, which accounts for the application of international standards for integral repair, in matters of reparation of damages caused to a group and, not only the mere recognition and payment for damages compensation as provided for in articles 3 and 46, as an exclusive purpose to be resolved before the provenance of the procedural mechanisms that concern us, as is the group action
