Resumen
Migration has been one of the phenomena that has occurred since the beginning of human life, and which has affected the entire world. It should be noted that this migratory phenomenon presents two processes: one, emigration, which is leaving the place of origin to another territory; two, immigration characterized by the entry of people into a territory other than their own, that is, in which they were not born or are not native. Likewise, it should be noted that the emigration process has greatly affected the receiving countries, since for these, the arrival of emigrants has generated growth in competition for their citizens, as well as the increase in population. In order to mitigate the effects generated by the arrival of emigrants, the receiving countries decide to close their borders, in order to control the entry and thus be able to select in a good way the labor they need.
