Resumen
The study of phenomena that transform or change social dynamics is of total interest from sociology.
Considering this premise, this thesis analyzes the influence of social intervention programs aimed at modifying the socioeconomic conditions of the population, through the case study of the Families in Action Program in Chía. A government program between 1999 and 2012, which was aimed at satisfying social needs and generating adequate conditions, to guarantee citizens a better quality of life and thus, respond from the State to citizens in compliance of each of your rights.
Taking into account the above and the point of view of sociology, social programs1 such as Social Policy and the central axis of the discourses in which they operate will be analyzed, to know their influence and the changes they generate in the different phenomena that in some way form or other affect society.
