Resumen
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, health systems worldwide have been affected by the collapse of some services and the interruption of others, with health problems exposed by the health emergency, government policies in search of mitigate the increase in contagions and the provision of services in an accessible and equitable way, non-face-to-face channels such as teleconsultation, constitute a good alternative to guarantee continuity in health services, as well as the change of traditional practices for new technologies and tools, in the current context of a pandemic, the purpose of this work is to have a model of questions for the verification and fulfillment of the provision of health services through non-face-to-face channels, the methodology consists of the review of the existing literature on the subject (Articles, website documents and regulations in force in Colombia), obtaining as a result Adopting an instrument that adapts to the new requirements, facilitating the audit of basic health care and therefore establishing opportunities for improvement.
