Resumen
This document is carried out within the framework of the internship program (home office modality) of the Graphic Design program of the Santo Tomás University during the second academic period of the year 2021. The internships were carried out in the Continuing Education Coordination of the Universidad Santo Tomás. Santo Tomas University and Sodimac S.A The objective of this study is to analyze in graphic terms the pieces designed by the practitioners and what fundamentals of design are applied to them.
To this end, the research question is as follows: What formal design characteristics do the pieces for digital marketing developed by the practitioners of Sodimac S.A and the Coordination of Continuing Education have?
of the Santo Tomas University? The research question is answered through graphic analysis and its development where the pieces are related to each other and how the fundamentals of design manage to influence decisions for the digital marketing of companies.
Taking this into account, additional research could be carried out to identify other factors in the relationship between graphic design, design fundamentals and how they work together for companies' digital marketing decisions.
