The objective of this research work is to understand and co-construct narratives with women leaders who have been victims of sexual violence within the Colombian internal armed conflict, around psychosocial reparation processes; the participants are three women leaders from the Urabá Chocó, Yondó, Antioquia and Puerto Leguízamo, Putumayo. To accomplish this objective was developed a qualitative research of second order, based on the principles of the paradigm of complexity, using participatory workshops, interactive participatory techniques and semistructured interview for data collection and content analysis as analysis technique of information. From the main findings of research process, women narrate as irreparable the psychosocial effects of sexual violence, however those are meant as a motivation that leads to approprate their life´s projects by facing restrictions and impositions against social order and urging them to promote women empowerment through their work as leaders.
