The present work shows information related to Payment Schedule for Ecosystem Services (PSE) both at Colombian and international levels. Here we pretended to emphasize applicative and theoretical aspects based in the information collected from published information concerning PSE. The methodology used here consisted in the use of search equations systems powered by keyword conjugation referring to PSE. The results of this investigation permitted to identify the particularities found between countries in the application of this schedule. Also, a consistent theoretical framework offered the tool for the correct implementation of such schemes in different regions regardless the Ecosystem Services offered by the environment there found.
