Today talking about innovation in organizations is talking about sustainability,
competitiveness and ability to strategically manage the entire value chain; does not about
simply a capacity that frames avant-garde companies, with a vocation
scientific or technological, but a latent need for organizations to incorporate
within their management models, practices that allow timely reinventing
adaptively the way of doing things and meeting market expectations. Today
we know that at a perhaps historical speed since the appearance of the processes of
industrialization, the client changes his needs and / or consumption trends, putting with
This makes permanent challenges for organizations when creating value offers.
It is being said that "At the universal level it is evident that there is a marked tendency
contemporary business that is based on the consideration of Strategic Innovation as
managerial alternative ”(Murcia, 2011, p. 113), that increasingly, management systems,
incorporate within their objectives, the design and consolidation of models that promote the
acceleration of innovation as a competitive resource.
