        Resumen
Athletic Active's arrives with the idea of improving the physical condition of young people, adults and people with any type of injury, this idea is aimed at the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries through the work of bodybuilding and adaptation with personalized and semi personalized training. Being professionals of Physical Culture, Sports and Recreation we have the knowledge about the different forms of training such as traditional training, functional training, suspension training (TRX), among others, we also have the knowledge about the different types of injuries, traumas and their due procedure for recovery through therapy sessions, massage, use of Neuromuscular bandage, etc.. and Athletic Active's experience arises from the needs generated by the pandemic, and the malpractice of some sports or training routines since it was evidenced through news that people have decided to stay at home doing exercise routines recommended by the so-called Influencers, which mostly do not have the theoretical knowledge necessary to plan, dose and execute training plans according to the different types of population. With the help of the University of Santo Tomas we have the proper knowledge about the biomechanics of the body, We also have the experience in alternative sports that seek to provide a different and innovative experience, Personalized and Group Training and knowledge such as traumatology and sports rehabilitation, sports massages.
