Abstract

This document presents the prospective strategy applied to the Cleaning Company of Bucaramanga EMAB S.A. E.S.P. The corporate purpose of this company is focused on the provision of the public home cleaning service, within the framework of the integral management of solid waste and other services such as ordinary and special public toilet services, and the related and complementary activities provided for in Law 142 of 1994, and, the components of Marketing, sweeping, Urban Cleaning, Collection, Transportation, Final Disposal, Leachate Treatment and Utilization A strategic prospective plan will be built, with alternative scenarios of possible futures that promote the good administrative, technical and operational development for the Cleaning company Bucaramanga EMAB S.A. E.S.P. years 2021 – 2025. A diagnosis of the current situation of the Bucaramanga Cleaning Company EMAB SA ESP was made based on the Mission, vision and philosophy of the Organization. The possible scenarios in the time horizon that the Bucaramanga Cleaning Company EMAB SA ESP may face in a strategic prospective manner were analyzed, based on the study of the organization and the changing environment in which it operates.
