On this broadcast, the panelists talked about food: food as culture, food as art, food as a defining element of humanity. The guest, Dayana Flórez, coordinator of the Health and Safety at work at Universidad Santo Tomás, told them about the role of food in the community of collaborators of the institution and the projects that exist for healthy eating. To close the program, the announcers discussed food in different settings and how it is constituted as art and culture.
