Resumen
This research is focused on determining how the transformations, the labor crises and
the resilience of the union have been configured around the phenomenon of the SARS- COV2 in Colombia in the years 2020-2021. To better understand its impact, a historical count will be made from 2017 to 2019 in pre-pandemic times. From these
years, the undesired consequences of the expansion of the modern neoliberal project will be analyzed, such as privatization, the exacerbation of individualization, precariousness, labor outsourcing, stigmatization, and anti-union violence, which have
produced the weakening of the ties social and collective identities, unleashing the current crisis of constant trade unionism in the world. The methodological tools that were used to show the importance of trade unionism even in times of crisis will be the
survey and the interview, then a case study will be developed on the working conditions of multinational service companies such as Call Centers, these companies being that provide the greatest number of jobs in the youth population, also stating the SINDITECC union that emerged during the health emergency. For this work, special use will be made of the risk society theory described by Ulrich Beck to analyze the problems evidenced by the pandemic within Colombian society immersed in social
unrest and uncertainty, which triggered the social outbreak of April 28 of 2021 starring the young people of the country.
