Resumen
The global economy is now looking to recover from the crisis caused by Covid 19, which means that any business organization will explore options that will allow it to be competitive nationally and internationally. An example of this are the universities, which have this dilemma, coupled with the arrival of new information and communication technologies that are presented in these commercial dynamics.
For this reason, the purpose of this article is to analyze some of the implications of the regulation of the educational franchise contract in Colombia, because the absence of this, grants legal uncertainty to the agents involved in the sector. We believe that the inclusion of these prerogatives is an alternative that would improve the quality of education if they were harmonized with the responsibilities arising from the provision of a public service and a fundamental right.
