dc.description.abstractDevelopment of a marketing plan for the portfolio of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering based on the application of instruments to students and graduates, allowing the identification of key internal and external factors for optimal commercial performance. We analyzed all the functions that an academic institution must perform to meet the needs of its clients and propose effective strategies to focus on the dropout of students from the program. The students' perception of the faculty was validated regarding the marketing management that was being implemented and the commercial impact that it generates in the medium and how they perceive us in the face of the competition, objective markets and tactics approach were introduced to introduce the proposal value in each of them.
