The objective of this research was to determine the influence of psychosocial risk factors on job satisfaction of workers in the production sector of the mining company Foncarbon S.A.S. (Samaca - Boyaca) for the year 2021. The methodology is descriptive from a qualitative approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 50 female and male workers whose age range ranged from 30 years to 61 years of the production sector who have presented health problems at some point. The data collection instrument applied was two (2) semi-structured interviews, one on psychosocial risk factors and the other on job satisfaction. The results determined that the main risk factors are the conditions of the task, the workload, the organizational management, the environmental conditions. Due to the above, it is considered necessary to apply preventive measures that will make it possible to obtain more effective results by limiting the impact of psychosocial risk factors on the worker that favors the climate and job satisfaction of workers in the production sector.
