Abstract

Currently there is a clear technological backwardness in the agricultural sector both in the modernization of the field and in the infrastructure, for which it is necessary in what corresponds to architecture to generate projects directed in this sector.

For which a center for the collection, transformation and commercialization of potatoes was developed in the municipality of Motavita that not only will have spaces for the processing of the product, but will also have spaces dedicated to research and education related to the production of this product. , the project seeks to have a direct connection with potato production so it will have spaces connected to a productive area proposed in the project.

The location is in a rural area and is relevant due to the type of project and to take advantage of its proximity to sites with agricultural potential and its strong connection to a road that connects with some of the largest consumers of the product.
