This Degree Project is the compilation of the activities carried out during the Professional Practice in the Mercado Libre company. Its purpose is to demonstrate the learning process and the development of the improvement plan within the company.
In the development of the document, the details of the analysis carried out in the “Customer Experience” area are presented, where it has been possible to identify what are the opportunities for improvement for each representative and how they work as a team for the internal development of the company. Once this analysis was carried out, the possibility of creating a tool that would allow keeping track of the development of each customer service representative was implemented.
With the tool already created, communication strategies were carried out that allowed the continuous improvement of the performance of each customer service representative and thus the improvement of the work area.
